Continuing the trend of 'If you build it, they will come', The Center of Entrepreneurship' building on Crowder and Morrison (a.k.a. The NOLA-E Building) is home to the new business incubator established by SUNO with funding from by H.U.D.  The newly restored building is conveniently located just off I-10 at 7240 Crowder Blvd. (take Crowder Blvd Exit toward the lake). The center has ample parking for tenants and clients.  Shared resources and affordable rates makes the Center of Entrepreneurship a welcome addition to the business community in New Orleans East.

Developer, Wade Verges, has painstakingly restored and upgraded the building that was ravaged by Katrina's flood waters. The new state-of-the art facility provides 24-hour key-code access to tenants.  The incubator is managed and staffed by SUNO's Small Business Development and Management Institute.  Those interested in leasing office space should call 504 284-5512.
